![]() ![]() Remote friendliness: While being one of the loudest in the tech industry in Hungary, Shapr3D fails to implement remote friendliness, trying to force the office culture on everyone, even the ones probably working better remotely. ![]() Career progression: Be advised to take any potential promotions if you are offered one: this is a one-way ticket and you cannot return, as if it turns out that you don't wish to be in that position, you better dig your own grave, as there is no way back, you'll get yourself fired. ![]() If you are planning to go there because of the 'startup vibe', please be advised, ever since the WorkPlace experience and HR manager left, there is little to no social life. Office life: The company used to be a fun workplace, where people used to love to stay now, it became a corporate graveyard. The communication from the executive side is really really bad, looks like they live in their own reality. Communication: The company is promoting a no-bs culture, however, if you don't want to be a controversial figure, you have to keep your head low and do as told. Roadmap: The roadmap isn't constant, it is constantly changing even in one quarter, as the executive team pleases. There are major issues happening at this company: - Knowledge: Despite making a tool for industrial designers, mechanical engineers, no one in the higher management has engineering background, no one understands what real problems/pain points are for them. ![]()
